New Bape Store in Harajuku opened in January and is just as crazy and beautiful as the rest of their spots. Nigo is a master of limiting supply and creating exclusivity to drive crazy demand, even from people like me, who have nowhere near the money it requires to fly to a Bape store, drops a few g’s on a shirt, some jeans, and a hat…This always sounds ridiculous to me, but it isn’t much more ridiculous than buying reasonably priced clothing that was pieced together by pre-teen girls in Bali and China…pick your battles, I guess:
